How is TradeTrust different from Checkatrade or MyBuilder?+
Those platforms are largely open directories that let any tradesperson pay to be listed. TradeTrust is invite-and-vet only, and we back every project with a written workmanship guarantee of up to £1,000.
Do you take a cut of my project?+
No. You pay the contractor directly at their quoted price. TradeTrust is funded by a small matching fee paid by the contractor only when a job is awarded.
What if I am not happy with the quote I receive?+
You can walk away, request revisions or ask us to appoint a different vetted contractor - all at no cost.
